Nicole Learns To Give Back

                                                             

In this season of giving, parents-to-be Nicole Richie and Good Charlotte frontman Joel Madden gifted 100 moms-to-be with $200,000 worth of baby gifts at a baby shower they hosted.

                                                                    

Eight-month pregnant Nicole put aside her hectic Beverly Hills shopping spree this week to appear with Joel to launch the Richie-Madden Children’s Foundation at a Los Angeles Free Clinic in Hollywood.

The foundation—the brain-child of Joel, who had an evangelistic up-bringing growing up, is a  non-profit organization to help mothers in need and is certainly a new experience for Nicole who has spent the last few years as a celebutant—shopping, partying and being photographed doing both.

                                                              

Ms. Richie has made a very commendable 360 degree turn-around since becoming pregnant. Hopefully, the couple—dubbed “Brangelina In Training” by the media, will continue to use their celebrity for good; mirroring the most beautiful couple in the world, who are actively involved in national and international humanitarian projects, the Jolie-Pitts.
