“We respect Jamie Lynn’s decision to take responsibility in this sensitive and personal situation. We know this is a very difficult time for her and her family, and our primary concern right now is for Jamie Lynn’s well being.”

Meanwhile there’s been a rash of communications from concerned parents to the network regarding representing this young lady as a role model.

  33. I don’t think that they should replace her on Zoe101 yeah she made a mistake but at least she is taking responsibility for her mistake. Also for anyone that blames her parents for Jamie getting pregnant need to wake the hell up, because there wasn’t anything her parents could do. I just like Jamie got pregnant at 16 i had my baby shorty had my baby after i turned 17, and there wasnt anything my parents could do. You can do all you want to make sure your kids dont have sex but if there gonna have sex, There gonna find a way to do it.
